Cancel Subscription Plan

1. In trials:​

1.1 You added a card on our platform:​

If you got a TikTok ad account (passed the verification process):

At "Payment" tab > Credit card .

Click "Bin" to remove your card.

Click "Yes" to confirm.
When you remove the last card you added during trials, it means you will cancel the trials and our service.

If you did not get a TikTok ad account (including being rejected/passed for verification process):

Click your plan in the top-right corner.

Click "Change plan".

Click "Upgrade".

Click the "Bin" button to remove the card.

Click "Yes" to confirm.
When you remove the last card you added during trials, it means you will cancel the trials and our service.

Or you can click "Add funds" to back to step adding funds; click the "Credit Card" and simply remove it.

1.2 You have not added any card:​

The trials can not be canceled in this case. After trials, the account will be past-due and cancel automatically then.

2. After trials:​

At "Billing" tab > "Cancel plan"

Click "Cancel Subscription"
Please note that we will not support refunding the subscription you paid when you cancel.

In tab "Billing", Click Cancel plan

If you cancel your subscription, your current ad accounts will be removed and we will not refund this subscription fee!

Click "Cancel Subscription" if you want to cancel subscription.

Your cancellation request is being processed. This will take 2-3 business days to complete. Please wait as our team finalizes the cancellation. Afterwards, you will have the option to upgrade your plan again to access advanced features.

3. Automatic Subscription Plan Cancellation​

To avoid unexpected costs for our customers, the system automatically cancels your subscription plan:

  • Conditions: If you have finished your 14-day trial period and do not have any Ecomdy ad accounts, your subscription plan will be automatically cancelled.
  • Purpose: This feature is designed to prevent you from incurring subscription fees when the service is not used.
  • Upgrade your subscription plan: You can upgrade your subscription plan at any time to better suit your needs. For more information about your options and upgrade instructions, please visit here.
