Step 4: Get TikTok Agency Ad Account
Step to Get TikTok Agency Ad Account.
Once a customer registers an Ecomdy account, verifies it, and successfully tops up the account, customer can get ad account. The following steps outline how to get Ecomdy ad account:
1. Connect your TikTok Business Account
Click Connect to connect your TikTok Business Account and create a TikTok Agency Ads account or "Create new" if you don't have one.
Enter the email and password that previously registered to connect successfully.
If you do not have a TikTok for Business account >> Click Sign Up Now.
Agree to access to all permissions related to your Tiktok ad account.
Click Confirm.
Successful connection.
2. Create New Business Center
If you already have the Business Center, please ignore this step.
If you don't have the Business Center, click Create new.
Name your Business Center and select your timezone, Create New account.
3. Create ad account
- Select your Business Center.
- Name your TikTok ad account.
- Select the timezone.
- Click Create New account.
Check your new ad account at "My ad accounts" tab
The newly created ad account could take 3-6 hours to be "in-review", kindly wait for TikTok to approve it. In case, you can not open Ads Manager from the platform.

Why I can not create ad account successfully?
Why successfully connect to TikTok for Business account but can not create TikTok ad account?
There are 4 reasons:
a. You are creating the second ad account (your left bar was unblock). At least one approval product link is required to create the new ad account. Please contact our team via Livechat for more details.
Without approval product link, you can not create the ad account.
b. To create the second (or more) ad account (your left bar was unblock), please ensure your balance is same as the amount for min top-up. Please add funds and try to create the new ad account again.
The minimum available balance - 200$ is required to create an ad account.
c. The number of ad accounts reached the limitation of your subscription plan.
The number of ad accounts reached the subscription plan limitation.
d. There are so many ad accounts created at this time causing the limitation, kindly wait for 24 hours-48 hours and try again.
