Step 1: Registration Ecomdy Account

Guide to registering an Ecomdy account.

1. Prepare​

To register for an Ecomdy account successfully, you need to prepare the following:

  • Email and password.
  • Valid phone number for the verification process.
  • At least one of the three valid contact methods: Telegram, WhatsApp, or Facebook.
  • The product link that you want to promote. Providing the product link can expedite the verification process, assuming there are no policy violations. For more information about TikTok's advertising policies.
  • One of the 7 payment methods: Payoneer, Credit Card, USDT, Airwallex, Wise, Tazapay or Paypal.

2. Guide to register​

  • Access to Ecomdy TikTok Management Platform: https://login.ecomdymedia.com/ or Referral link.
  • Fill up your full name/ Email/ Password.
  • Check our 'Terms of Service' and click 'I have read and accepted the terms of service'.
  • Click Register.

4. Free Trial (14 days)​

If you are totally new to our platform, you have 14-trial-day to start running ads on TikTok with us when registering.

Benefits during trial:

  • You will have 14 days to try or spend a limit of $10,000 (The trial will end when 1 of 2 conditions is reach).
  • During trial time, user can not cancel the subscription plan.
  • User can change subscription plan and end the trial at any time.
  • After the 14-day trial period ends, the following will apply:
    • If you have an Ecomdy ad account, Regular 1 will be the default subscription plan to the end of the trial, you will be charged automatically every month (if you change subscription plan, they will be charged according to that new subscription plan).
    • If you do not have any Ecomdy ad accounts, the system will automatically cancel your subscription plan to prevent any unwanted charges. You can upgrade your subscription plan at any time.

Out-trial:

  • If user change the subscription plan before the expiration date, the remaining money will be accounted for in the next plan. Please send us the product URL for review before upgrading the subscription plan.
  • We will not open a new ad account if you use it to run the products that violate TikTok policy.
  • Subscription fee will not be refundable.
