Step 2: Verification Process

Steps for uploading information for verification.

1. Why verify account​

At Ecomdy, we take the security and safety of our customers very seriously. That's why we require account verification for all our clients who create an account with us. This helps us ensure that only legitimate users have access to our platform and our services, and prevents fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

The information you provide during the verification process will be used solely for verification purposes and is completely confidential. We keep all personal and account information secure and strictly confidential, in accordance with our privacy policy.

To submit for the verification process, you will need to provide:

  • a valid phone number.
  • one of three links to your Facebook, Telegram, or WhatsApp accounts.
  • a product link that you plan to promote through our services.

This information is necessary to verify your account and to provide you with the best possible service.

2. Guide to verifying account​

1. Update Information​

  • Fill in your phone number and at least one of three valid contact methods.

  • Note: Valid contact is required to pass the verification process.

  • Kindly submit your product link to review. The product link will help the verification process be approved quickly if there is no violation of your product. If you use an unverified link to run ads, your ads will be automatically paused.

  • Please attach the screenshot of your admin site from your website/store/seller center/landing page that you submitted above.

  • You should log in to your website and take a screenshot from there.
  • The image will include the URL (domain) of your admin site. If it's possible, attaching one more image from your warehouse/stock if you want to promote a certain product would be recommended (you can attach the second image).

3. How to pass the verification process?​

  • a product link (not a store link) that you plan to promote through our services.
    This information is necessary to verify your account and to provide you with the best possible service.

Submit the product link after completing the verification process.

  • In the Product links tab, Click Create New.

  • Enter your product url and add target market >> Submit.

  • The product link refers to the link of the specific product you plan to advertise on TikTok, and NOT the link of your store.
  • Please be patient as the review process may take up to 12 hours.
